Over 60 days - you will receive:

  • A Preliminary Meeting (1 hr) to discuss what you most need and desire to uplevel in your life. Together, we'll paint a picture of what life could look and feel like once you're free from the limitations that currently keep you bound to your lower reality.

  • 1st Session – You will be guided on a breathing sequence journey (1 hr). This journey will unveil two paths: the potential outcomes of your life if you continue without altering your present reality, and contrasting that, the potential outcomes if you choose to elevate beyond your limitations, embracing and creating within a higher reality.

  • 2nd Session – A guided hypnosis session (2 – 2.5 hrs) to access your subconscious/unconscious mind to find and reframe your selected limiting belief/pattern so you can be free to heal, trust yourself and align your mind-body-heart-soul and lean into your unrealised potential.

  • Bespoke Audio #1- Personally crafted for post-2nd session listening to assist your subconscious mind in integrating your enhanced changes.

  • 3rd (Final) Session (2 hrs) – Here you’ll experience a guided hypnosis journey that transcends time, connecting you with your soul's highest expression, whether in this lifetime or another.
